Who we are

ChangeoverLog is operated by Digital Elevator SARL, Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: contact@changeoverlog.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Checker answers (property type, floors, guests, appliances): to show your checklist. Kept in your browser session. If you ask for the checklist by email, we store them with your email.
• Email address: to send your checklist (our legitimate interest in answering your request), and updates only if you tick the box (consent).
• Founding-member reservation: that you clicked to reserve the price, and when. No payment details.
• Changeover checks: the name typed by the person doing the check, the results and the time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

How long we keep it

Lead data: until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact. The public demo log keeps only its latest 50 entries.
